If you are interested in being coached by Performance Race Coaching, then simply complete the form below and we'll set up a call to discuss where you are now, and to understand your objectives and timescales.
After this call, assuming you are happy with our approach, we would typically scope out your long term plan, and provide you with your initial 4 week plan, then book in a follow up 3 week check-in. Typically this type of rolling 4 week plan is £99 a month.
